Description
Harvard Pond in Central Massachusetts on a quiet and foggy morning in fall. Autumn colors make out the foreground while the island disappears into the Secret Silence of the fog. Photograph was taken in late October on an early photo tour to Central and Western Massachusetts. Upon arrival I was awarded with dense fog that slowly cleared by the minutes and made the island and its trees more visible. I incorporated the leaves and marsh grass as an effective foreground feature and also to provide the serene photography image with some contrasting color.
